*Sit Down Dinner or Buffet Dinner package price includes: Option of a hosted bar for the first hour, domestic beer, house wine by the glass, and soda, or Option of wine on the tables with dinner. Both options include Cake cutting and service with coffee, champagne toast, and an Anti Pasta appetizer display. Package Price Ranges: $47.00-$52.00
*No Room Rental or Venue Site Fee if over 100 people
*Only one event is scheduled per day so there are no time restrictions for set-up/decorations.
*Unlimited access to the venue the whole day, prior to the event start time.

*Weddings are only on Saturdays. Events are standard 5 hours. Usually the latest an event can go is 11:00pm (exceptions can be made). The event may be scheduled at any time of the day (Weekday or Sunday weddings will be considered).
*A $1,000 deposit is required to book a date. This is not an additional fee.
*$500 ceremony set-up/breakdown fee, plus an extra hour added to your event time span, making it 6 hours total
